Families today face an overwhelming landscape of information and limited time to sort through it all. On February 26, 2026, the Center for Resilient Families will host a community-wide conference focused on understanding how parents and children find, use, and trust mental health resources and how these supports can be made more accessible and effective.

“How Are Parents Accessing Resources and How Do They Want Them? What Resources Are Children Accessing and How Can We Help Them Find the Right Ones?”, will take place at ASU SkySong in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Designed for parents, caregivers, practitioners, educators, and community members, the conference invites attendees to join a collaborative conversation about the tools families rely on and the challenges they face. With mental health concerns rising and support systems evolving, organizers hope the event will spark new ideas to improve access across diverse communities.

  • Social media’s promises and pitfalls as a mental health support tool
